Our Services
-
Mat Pilates is a full-body movement practice done on the floor using your body weight to build strength, mobility, and control. Each session is built for you and your intentions—whether it’s your first session or your 100th, I want to ensure that you leave feeling aligned and accomplished.
Sessions will include:
Breath Work - An emphasis on deep, controlled breathing to help engage your core and mind body connection.
Alignment & Posture - Hands-on cues and precise corrections for proper form and comfortable movements.
Slow and Controlled Movements - Movement connected through breathing, no rushing.
Creativity - Unique sessions tailored for you. Whether it be a new move you want to try or something completely different, come prepared to challenge yourself.
-
Reformer Pilates full-body workout performed on a specialized apparatus known as the reformer. On this you will find a sliding carriage, springs, foot and hand straps.
This exercise is low-impact but highly effective, some benefits include:
Low-impact: Strengthens muscles without impacting heavily on the joints.
Increased flexibility: Builds strength through full range of motion.
Injury prevention: Great for strengthening weaker areas and correcting imbalances.
Customizable for all levels: Springs can be adjusted to make exercises more supportive or more challenging.

I am still a student who is constantly learning, in order for me to succeed while also striving for quality results, I believe the first session should not be charged if you don’t 100% love it.
If you decide to come back we can set up a conversation to discuss pricing.
